How do I know if Ninth & Phillips is the right fit for my brand?

How long does onboarding take?

Once your contract is signed and onboarding documents are returned, It takes 3-5 weeks before your first set of content goes live. There are various moving parts to creating a tailor strategy. We move quickly, but we do not skip steps.

Do you work with brands outside of Arizona and California?

Yes. Our team is remote-capable and we work with brands nationally. Location has never been a barrier to great work.

Can I start with one service and add more later?

Absolutely. A lot of our clients start with SEO and social media management and expand into content production or website and paid ads as the relationship grows.

What is the difference between your packages?

The core difference comes down to volume, creative support, and content capture. The Signature Package covers your content and community. Prestige adds a monthly shoot day. Elite adds a second shoot day and full platform coverage. We walk you through every option on your intro call. Our SEO, Paid Ads and website management are A La Carte add ons.

Do you offer one-time projects or only ongoing management?

Both. Our A La Carte services are built for brands that need specific support. Think — a campaign, a website, or a strategy session without a long-term commitment.

We work exclusively with Custom Home Builders, Interior Designers, Architects and home brands. If your brand has a strong visual identity and a discerning audience, we know how to reach them.

Do you handle paid advertising?

Paid media planning and oversight is available as an A La Carte service. Our packages focus on organic strategy, but we highly recommend layering in paid support.
